Everything was amazing here… the food, feeling like you are in Italy, and the wonderful service (especially Rose and the lady at the front - didn’t get her name) made the experience really enjoyable! The only thing we didn’t love was the owner was there sitting in the restaurant the entire time and seemed rude to the staff which made me feel sad for them and made us super uncomfortable as it’s clear they work soo hard (he micro managed everything they did) and seemed to not even trust them to send out a dish before his inspection- if you are going to do this may be you should be in the kitchen alongside your staff instead of sitting with the customers. However, he did engage very well with all the customers and was friendly just wish it translated to his staff and their service as they are so valuable !!

I am Italian and I can very much recommend the paninis!! The atmosphere is very authentic and I would recommend to try this restaurant for any Italian or Italian American. I didn’t get a chance to try much of the pasta or pizza but they looked good to me … i highly recommend the panini. My Favorite is the sourdough with pastrami and provolone the ingredients were incredibly fresh and the flavour was perfect. I also highly recommend the mashed potatoes … They really tasted just like my Nonna used to make … god rest her soul… very tasty! Also a great place to sit and relax … very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere
One of the best Italian restaurants in Manila. Edi’s Taverna, located on the ground floor of Century City Mall, was recommended to us by a friend—and it did not disappoint! We ordered quite a few dishes because we really wanted to try a bit of everything: caprese, insalata mista, gnocchi, ravioli, seafood pasta, bolognese, arrabbiata, quattro formaggi pizza, and osso buco. What stood out the most were the gnocchi and ravioli—both were rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The osso buco was also a favorite—tender, well-seasoned, and comforting. Honestly, everything we tried was consistently good and made with care. In fact, the owner, who is also the head chef, i assume - would check every dish that comes out of the kitchen showing how meticulous he is with his food. If you love Italian food, Edi’s Taverna is a must-visit. Even if you’re not from the area, it’s definitely worth the trip. You’ll leave full and happy.
Great ambiance. Soft jazz music playing in the background. Loved the decor. Food tasted good as well. Price was reasonable for the experience. Had pizza, lasagna, wine, and dessert.
Our 2nd or 3rd time visiting this deli and it's always a delight. Special shoutout this time because the staff was so accommodating of my partner's food restrictions. As usual everything tasted great and came in good proportions. Seafood served were fresh and perfectly cooked in my risotto dish. Obviously a little on the pricier side compared to other restos in Century Mall but food, service, and atmosphere make it worth the price. Will for sure visit again!
My friends and I were thinking to have pizza for dinner before clubbing on Saturday night. There’s a long queue of the restaurant we met, so we decided to go to Poblacion directly. It’s our first time to dine in a restaurant with the ingredients fridge for selling foodstuffs. All of us were surprised and satisfied the quality of every dish, especially the pizza. I had 4-5 slices, even I don’t like the artichoke. The bread itself and the pizza sauce are perfectly matched. I like the apple and cucumber juice as well.
It was good, I would definitely recommend this if you want a authentic pastas and deli. Would be glad to try more dishes and drinks soon!!!
